Silicone Spatula

Why silicone with a steel core?

Wood absorbs bacteria and stains. Plastic melts and sheds microplastics into hot food. Seamless silicone is non-porous, won't melt at cooking temperatures and won't scratch non-stick pans. The steel core keeps it rigid for scraping bowls and folding stiff batter.

Use it for

Scraping bowls clean, folding egg whites, stirring sauces in a non-stick pan, spreading frosting, and getting the last of the jar.

Care and cleaning
