Spiralize without the gadget drawer

Countertop spiralizers take up space and take minutes to assemble. This handheld version fits in a drawer: twist the vegetable through the spiral end for courgetti or carrot ribbons, flip it over to peel. Done in seconds, rinsed in seconds.

How to use

Trim the vegetable flat, insert into the spiral end and twist clockwise with steady pressure. Use the finger guard for the last few centimetres.
