Japanese Chef & Nakiri Knife Set

The Hi Nature® 2-piece Japanese knife set pairs a chef's knife with a Nakiri vegetable knife, both with Damascus-pattern blades and ergonomic handles. Between them they cover almost every cut in the kitchen, and they come in a luxury gift box.

• Ultra-sharp steel blades
• Complete 2-piece knife set
• Ergonomic, comfortable grip
• Low-friction Damascus design
• Durable, rust-resistant

Two knives, every job

The chef's knife rocks and slices meat, fish and large vegetables. The Nakiri push-cuts vegetables and herbs with its flat edge. Together they replace a full knife block for most home cooks.

Damascus pattern

The layered pattern isn't just decorative: the textured surface reduces drag so food releases from the blade instead of sticking.

Care and cleaning

Hand wash and dry immediately. Hone regularly, sharpen on a whetstone. Store in the box or on a magnetic strip.
