Grater Zester

The Hi Nature® grater and zester has an extra-wide 70 mm blade in premium 18/10 stainless steel, so you grate parmesan, zest a lemon or shave chocolate in half the strokes. Ergonomic handle, protective cover included.

Wider blade, faster grating

Narrow zesters need many passes; a 70 mm surface covers more with every stroke. Photo-etched teeth cut cleanly rather than tearing, so hard cheese comes out fluffy and citrus zest has no bitter pith.

Ideal for

Parmesan, pecorino, lemon and orange zest, garlic, ginger, nutmeg, chocolate.

Care and cleaning

Dishwasher safe. Rinse soon after use and store with the cover on.
