Why a food mill?

A blender whips air into sauces and turns potatoes gluey. A food mill presses food gently through the disc, so mash stays fluffy and sauces stay rich in colour. It removes tomato skins and berry seeds as it works, with no peeling beforehand.

Tomato sauce and passata, mashed potato, apple sauce, jams and coulis, vegetable soups and smooth homemade baby food.

Care and cleaning

Remove the handle and disc, rinse, and place everything in the dishwasher. Handle the discs with care when fitting and removing them.
