Why burrs beat blades

Blade grinders chop beans unevenly, giving bitter and sour notes in the same cup. Ceramic burrs crush beans to a uniform size and don't heat the grounds, so flavour stays intact. Ceramic also never rusts and stays sharp for years.

How to use

Fill the reservoir, set the grind with the dial under the burr, and turn the handle. Around 30 seconds for a single cup. Grounds collect in the lower chamber.

Care and cleaning

Brush out the burrs after use. Rinse the chambers and dry fully before reassembling.
